This stylish home enjoys an enviable position in the perenial favourite Fuente del Gallo; 300m from the nearest sandy beach and 400m to the nearest grocery store and two restaurant-bars. The white-washed town of Conil de la Frontera with it's daily market and wide range of shops and facilities is just 3km away or just over 30mins walk along the golden sand beach.

Heading in the other direction the road will take you past the fishing port north-west to Roche, with it's picture perfect coves. Less than 30minutes drive is the hill-top town of  white-washed Vejer de la Frontera and closer still the endless sandy beaches of El Palmar.

The stylish interiors of Más Tranquila are cool and spacious, with muted tones to help create a relaxing environment. This relaxing theme continues outside where a covered terrace opens on to the mature gardens and aquamarine pool which will be the natural focus for lazy, sunny days followed by dramatic sunsets from the roof terrace and al fresco dining in the sheltered garden.

• Ground floor; L shaped airy living-dining room with TV, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 double bedroom with kingsize bed with en suite bathroom, 1 large twin bedroom, 1 small twin bedroom, shower room, washing machine
• Upper floor; access by narrow spiral staircase, shower room, wtin bedroom, double bedroom with superking bed which opens on to an appealing roof terrace and enticing views of the ocean.
• Terraced garden with bbq
• Swimming pool: 8m x 5m (depth 0.8-1.5m), pool terrace
• Approximate times to nearest: beach - 4min walk, restaurant – 5min walk; Cádiz - 30min, Jerez - 1hr, Gibraltar and Seville 1hr 45min, Málaga – 2h 30min

Rental rates include all bed linen, bathroom towels and cleaning once a week.
