This modern house sits in rural splendour yet it is less than just 900 metres along a country lane from the picturesque cliffs of Roche. We are confident this much loved holiday home of Merche will be a popular and welcome addition to our portfolio of rural properties in Andalucía.

The spacious and open-plan, lounge-kitchen-dining room enjoys the benefit of an open fireplace – perfect for cosy evenings. The natural focus for the summer months will be the refreshing pool, sunny and shady terraces, which offer an idyllic setting for alfresco dining.

For the more active there are pleasant strolls to the local coves, the nearest being Cala del Puntalejo just a kilometre away or, just slighty further - Cala del Aceite 1300m (10mins and 15mins walks respectively on the flat tracks). Or, hire a bike from Conil Bikes, just 4km away, and enjoy breathtaking views along the undulating cliffs and to the Atlantic with the mountains of Morocco shimmering in the distance.

The convenient location of Casa Alegria makes it an excellent choice with those who wish to enjoy the varied cuisine in the restaurants around Conil and Roche, and for those who don't want to drive La Cayenna is a popular local restaurant just 800m away.

• King-size and twin bedroom with free standing fans which share a family bathroom with shower, there is a second, occasional shower room accessed from the outside

Rental rates include all bed linen, bathroom towels and cleaning once a week.
