Arranged on two levels - the living-dining room flows through the spacious and well appointed kitchen which opens out to the natural focal point - a large refreshing private pool, in a private walled garden dotted with pretty oleanders. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has an ensuite bathroom and then there is a family bathroom with both bath and a separate shower. Conveniently adjacent to the pool terrace there is a 3rd bathroom on the lower level, accessed externally.

On the upper level the other two bedroms share a bathroom with shower, both bedrooms open on to individual private terraces with wonderful views over the well manicured gardens of Casa Marea and the pine trees of Roche which offer natural shade and protection on hot sunny days.

Casa Marea is just a short stroll from the invigorating Atlantic Ocean and the long sandy beach of Roche which runs for several kilometres and from where you can enjoy a fresh fish meal from the chiringuito and appreciate relaxing ocean views.
